Stefani’s NTS Wine Tasting company crafts custom corporate and private wine tastings and wine dinners, writes restaurant wine lists, teaches educational wine classes and consults in the wine industry.

Stefani consults for Columbus Wines. She created the wine list for Tavola Della Nonna and Lincoln Square Steak, both on the upper westside of Manhattan in NYC. Her wine lists feature wines crafted with earth-friendly practices. Salute!

She was a frequent storyteller for Travel Channel’s “Mysteries at Museum” and “Mysteries at the Monument.”

A Jackenthal of all sports, Stefani is a former All American triathlete, nationally ranked road cyclist and international champion ultrarunner. In July 2018, she competed in Ironman Lake Placid, Lake Placid, NY, and qualified for the Hawaii Ironman Championships in Kona, HI, which she raced in 2000. Stefani regularly surfski kayaks and SUPs on the Hudson River, in NYC where she lives.
